Elam REO services, inc. - REO Marketing Services

ELAM REO Services, Inc. provides marketing services through local real estate brokers for our client’s Real Estate Owned (REO) properties. REO Marketing Services include the following:

Broker will list the REO property with the local MLS.
Broker will complete ELAM’s Month-End Marketing Report. ELAM will review the report and submit it to client for analysis.
ELAM will keep in close contact with the client to ensure any questions/concerns are answered and any problems solved as quickly as possible!
Brokers will be evaluated regularly based on timeliness and accuracy of their property valuations/reports, their communication responsiveness, maintenance/upkeep of assigned REO properties, and their REO marketing effectiveness.
