for a financial institution’s Real Estate Owned (REO) properties.
ELAM’s desire is to understand the objectives for each and
every REO property assigned to us. We know that thorough
communication between all parties involved (client, broker,
attorney, appraiser) is key to maintaining an effective
pre-marketing strategy. ELAM not just manages your REO’s
from time of foreclosure through closing, but we take a
sincere interest in making sure the client receives all
the answers needed to be assured that the property is being
marketed and maintained with the utmost care. If there is
a problem with a property that needs to be addressed by
ELAM, we will send a representative to visit the property,
if necessary. ELAM will work closely with the assigned local
real estate broker to make sure the pre-marketing and marketing
process runs smoothly. Pre-marketing REO Services
