ELAM REO Services, Inc. has created an Online Property Valuation and Reporting System to allow brokers the ability to process Broker Price Opinions (BPO’s) quickly and efficiently, whether for pre-foreclosure, REO, or loan portfolio analysis. In addition, this online system allows a client to view a completed BPO soon after the broker has submitted it to ELAM for quality review. Once the completed BPO is submitted to the client, it can be viewed 24/7. Highlights of the valuation process include:

Utilization of ELAM’s custom BPO forms which include all vital information needed for optimum property value and condition determination.
ELAM’s custom BPO forms are detailed, yet not time consuming for the broker to complete, so the client can receive the data as quickly as possible!
ELAM’s BPO’s require digital photo upload as an additional feature to decrease BPO processing time ----no need for tedious e-mailing of photos or BPO’s!
Broker can send additional attachments, documents, or reports for review by easily clicking a button on ELAM's online valuation system!
Communication is very important for decreasing BPO/REO processing time, therefore both Client and Broker can send online "property specific" messages to ELAM. Also, ELAM can send online messages to Client and Broker, as well!
A Quality Review is performed by ELAM to ensure that all BPO data is complete and ready for the client to review. ELAM will contact the broker, if any corrections are needed.
Client will be notified by e-mail that a BPO is completed and ready for review!
Client will approve or reject the submitted BPO directly through the online system!
Client is able to type an online comment to ELAM, if a problem exists with a completed BPO.
Client can view and print a completed BPO, including photos, online.
If a client desires to use a particular BPO form, ELAM will do our best to accommodate the client in any way we can.
Rush BPO requests will be given top priority!
