are a vital part of the process of providing our clients
with high quality real estate valuations and Real Estate
Owned (REO) marketing and management services. We value
our relationship with our brokers and strive to provide
them with the tools they need to perform these services
effectively and in a timely manner. We will continually
evaluate our Brokers to make sure they are providing quality
valuations and are responding quickly to any questions from
ELAM or the client. ELAM’s brokers are required to have
the following:
- Experience with online processing of Broker
Price Opinions and uploading of digital photos
- Experience with marketing/managing REO properties
- E-mail address for daily communications
- Current Real Estate License
- Current Errors and Omissions Insurance Coverage
